MDA srl has operated in the field of made-to-measure furniture supply and installation for many years, providing 360-degree services. We can in fact offer:
3D laser survey to design spaces directly to the exact dimensions of the room to be fitted out, reducing the chance of error and carrying out most of the work in the workshop rather than on site, with every filler panel already prepared to the correct size.
Detailed 2D and 3D design; 2D design is mainly used to develop shop drawings for the rooms, while 3D design is used for the shop drawings of common areas and wall paneling, so they can be viewed as a whole and avoid errors that could arise from 2D design alone.
Supply and installation of made-to-measure furnishings, including material samples for approval, non-wood finishes such as metals, fabrics, leathers and whatever else is needed to produce the items under contract according to the design. All the pieces produced are pre-assembled in the raw state to check their correctness, and only after passing this quality-control step are they disassembled and sent to painting.
Packing, transport and assembly of the material produced, taking care, especially during on-site installation, to use the same staff who pre-assembled the product in the raw state, so that they are already trained on what must be assembled on site, reducing the time lost on large sites when the staff doing the installation are not trained on the product to be installed.
After-sales support; once the site has been delivered and opened, MDA also offers ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, so it can intervene with awareness and knowledge of what was previously assembled: promptly when any problem arises, and on a planned basis to prevent problems from arising.
